HRG Game Dinner - 2 Days
March 1st & 2nd (2008)
Due to the continuing growing
interest, the Harwinton Rod &
Gun Game Dinner will be held
on two consecuive days (Saturday, 3/1/2008
& Sunday 3/2/2008).
The seating for Saturday,
March 1st will be limited to 225 tickets
and the meal will begin at 6:30 PM.
The seating for Sunday,
March 2nd will also be limited to 225
tickets and the meal with begin on 3:30
PM.
The price for each ticket
will be $30 and you must
buy a ticket for either Saturday or Sunday.
The tickets will be availabel at the February
BOD and General meetings, also at the
bar. All tickets must be paid in full
when you pick them up. Tabls can be reserved
only if you sell a full a full table of
8.
The raffle will be the same
on both days and includes at least 6 firearms
and many great prizes as always.
Help will be needed on both
days and anyone wanting to volunteer can
signup below. Donations of game and fish
is needed and if you can donate anything
else please give me a call.
