HRG Game Dinner - 2 Days

The Harwinton Rod &
Gun Game Dinner will be held
on two consecuive evenings.
Friday, 3/12/2010 and Saturday 3/13/2010
The seating for each night will be limited to 225 tickets. The appetizers begin
at 6:00pm followed by the main meal.
The price for each ticket
will be $35 and you must
buy a ticket for either Friday or Saturday.
The tickets will be availabel at the February
BOD and General meetings, also at the
bar. All tickets must be paid in full
when you pick them up. Tables can be reserved
only if you sell a full a full table of
8.
The raffle will be the same
on both days and includes at least 6 firearms
and many great prizes as always.
Help will be needed on both nights and anyone wanting to volunteer can
signup below. Donations of game and fish are needed and if you can donate anything
else please give me a call.
